For the last 10+ years, my long time friend Taylor Blackwell has given myself and others a place to host our various things and collect our email. Taylor and I both ran BBS systems and and did a lot of slack'n off back in the day. Good times. :) But the time has come where I am needing my own sandbox to play in, so I got a VPS account with slicehost.com.
Last weekend I finally sat down long enough to get the mail craziness setup and transfered all the domains to their new home. It's been pretty nice so far. I already bumped it up from a 256 slice to a 512, which seems to be about perfect for everything I've got going on at the moment. Happiness.
Need to play with various deployment setups and find out what works best. Thinking I'm going to start with Nginx. More on that later...
